Cape Cannabis NPC, its app, and its directors are not liable for any actions you take within or outside the platform.
You may not copy, implement, or replicate any of Cape Cannabis's content, features, or functions in any other ventures, apps, websites, software, or marketplaces, virtual or otherwise. You also agree not to disclose any features, functions, or content to third parties. You will be liable for any damages and legal fees resulting from such actions.
You may not use the Cape Cannabis platform to commit or promote any criminal activity, whether intentional or not. You will be liable for any damages and legal fees, and your personal information may be provided to relevant authorities if required.
You understand and accept all risks involved in using the platform, and Cape Cannabis NPC is not responsible for any harm, damages, or losses, financial or otherwise, resulting from your use of the platform.

Restrictions

You are expressly restricted from:

Publishing any app material in other media.
Selling, sublicensing, or commercializing any app material.
Publicly performing or displaying any app material.
Using the app in a way that is or may be damaging to the app.
Using the app in a way that impacts other users' access to the app.
Using the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations, or in a way that may cause harm to the app, any person, or business entity.
Engaging in data mining, harvesting, extracting, or similar activities through the app.
Using the app for advertising or marketing purposes without authorization.
Reverse engineering or copying app features for use in another platform.

Certain areas of the app may be restricted from access, and additional features may be restricted at Cape Cannabis NPC's discretion. Your User ID is confidential, and you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality.

Your Content

"Your Content" refers to any audio, video, text, images, or other material you choose to display on the Cape Cannabis app. By displaying Your Content, you grant Cape Cannabis NPC a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any media. Your Content must be your own and must not infringe on any third party's rights. Cape Cannabis NPC reserves the right to remove Your Content from the app at any time without notice.

No Warranties

The Cape Cannabis app is provided "as is," with all faults. Cape Cannabis NPC makes no representations or warranties regarding the app or its materials. Nothing on the app should be interpreted as providing advice.

Payments & Refunds

Orders are delivered only after full payment is received and verified. Refunds, if applicable, are processed to your account and may take up to 7 business days to reflect.

Liability

Cape Cannabis NPC, its board, directors, and partners are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform.
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and understand the associated risks.
Cape Cannabis NPC's support team may assist with issues, but the company is not liable for any losses.
You must report any issues via the platform's ticketing system; failure to do so may result in the issue being considered resolved.
You are liable for any damages, harm, losses, or legal fees caused by your actions that negatively affect Cape Cannabis NPC, its platform, or its community.
You may face criminal charges for any illegal activities conducted while using the Cape Cannabis platform.

Limitation of Liability

Cape Cannabis NPC, including its officers, directors, and employees, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app.

Indemnification

You indemnify Cape Cannabis NPC to the fullest extent from any liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms.

Cape Cannabis NPC is not responsible for information provided by you in item titles, descriptions, or other content during the listing process and cannot be held liable for such information.
Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties unless required by law to assist authorities in a criminal investigation.
You may request access to your personal information stored in our databases at any time.
Customer information may be used for analytics but will be anonymized and not linked to individual users.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid under applicable law, such provisions will be removed without affecting the remaining terms.

Assignment

Acceptance

By continuing with the registration process, you confirm that you agree to all conditions in this document, understand the risks involved, and were not under the influence of any mind-altering substances during registration.
