FAQ | Membership, Delivery & Ordering online across South Africa

Question 1

Who can join Cape Cannabis?

Accepted Answer

Membership is for adults 18 years and older. You must meet our membership requirements and comply with applicable laws. We reserve the right to decline applications that do not meet our criteria.

Question 2

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Once logged in, open My Orders to see order status and details. You’ll also receive updates related to your order as it progresses.

Question 3

What if an item is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

Availability is shown live for your selected store. Out-of-stock sizes and products cannot be added to the cart. Check back later or try another location if the product is offered there.

Question 4

How does delivery work?

Accepted Answer

Orders can be delivered or collected, depending on your selected location and the shipping options shown at checkout.

Question 5

Is membership free?

Accepted Answer

There is no sign-up fee. Create an account, complete the short membership application, and once approved you can browse and engage.

Question 6

Do I need to choose a store?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Stock and availability are location-based. Select Online or a physical branch (for example Somerset West) so you only see products available at that location.

Question 7

Can I change my store later?

Accepted Answer

You can switch stores anytime using the location selector in the navigation bar or on the landing page. Your cart is tied to the selected location, so items may change if stock differs between stores.
